PRAGER, METZGER & KROEMER PLLC, a professional limited liability company, has its office located across from the Quadrangle in the Uptown/Oak Lawn area in Dallas just north of the Crescent Complex and downtown area.
The Firm provides a wide range of legal services to investment bankers, New York Stock Exchange member organizations, NASD members, financial institutions, insurance companies and reinsurers, operating corporations, partnerships and other business entities, individuals, hospitals, and various public and quasi-public institutions. The Firm has represented clients in mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions having an aggregate value in excess of one half billion dollars. The Firm and its attorneys serve as general or special counsel to eight publicly held entities, five financial institutions, three investment banking and brokerage firms, four major real estate developers, and a myriad of privately owned entities, individuals, non-profit foundations, charitable organizations and corporations, and public and quasi-public institutions.
The Firm's practice includes all aspects of business litigation in such areas as securities, lender liability, banking and financial services, insurance and reinsurance, antitrust, trade regulation and unfair competition, oil and gas, real estate, mortgage banking, construction and development, products liability and aviation, and professional liability and white collar criminal defense. The Firm also has developed an extensive and concentrated practice in alcoholic beverage licensing and regulation matters; wills, trusts, estates, succession, estate planning matters, and probate administration; corporate law and securities and trade regulation; real estate financing and development; commercial lending; banking and savings and loan regulation; agribusiness taxation and planning; and administrative law and regulation (primarily in trade regulation and government procurement matters).
