Mr. Prager's practice encompasses all aspects of real estate finance, brokerage and development, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and alcoholic beverage licensing. Mr. Prager maintains an extensive and varied legal practice, focusing primarily on all segments of real estate law as well as business transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, sales, organization of entities, management activities, and employer-employee relations. Successful representation of and counseling to the real estate brokerage industry has earned Mr. Prager an enviable reputation in the real estate community. He has served as legal counsel to the Greater Dallas Association of REALTORS®, Inc., for many years.

Mr. Prager also concentrates part of his practice on alcoholic beverage licensing and the legal issues surrounding the alcoholic beverage industry. A growing area of the law which commands much of Mr. Prager's practice is the legal compliance by the alcoholic beverage industry with the technicalities of federal, state, and local licensing laws for both retail and wholesale liquor companies. He assists many local and national alcoholic beverage companies with licensing issues and day-to-day legal matters, making it possible for many national restaurant chains to enter the Texas market with alcoholic beverage licenses.

Mr. Prager is a Member and President of Prager, Metzger & Kroemer PLLC. Regarding the role of the firm in today's evolving legal profession, he states: "To remain competitive, we must become more focused in our representation of certain industries and must be able to respond with greater speed and dedication to our clients' needs. Our personal involvement in each client's legal affairs distinguishes us from a megafirm. We are very aware that our clients desire the personal touch that our firm is able to deliver."

Mr. Prager has addressed the National Association of REALTORS® in Chicago at its risk management seminar. He has made numerous presentations to the Texas Association of REALTORS® at seminars and conventions, including conducting training sessions for both the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Dallas Association of REALTORS®. In addition, he has participated on the Texas Association of REALTORS® Legal Panel for several years. He speaks frequently at area real estate company meetings and has been approved as an instructor by the Texas Real Estate Commission for minimum continuing education classes for real estate brokers. During the recent session of the Texas legislature, Mr. Prager successfully represented interests of brokers in drafting and negotiating meaningful tort reform legislation. Over the years, Mr. Prager has been a frequent contributor of articles on current topics to the magazine Texas Realtor, a monthly publication of the Texas Association of REALTORS®.

Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Prager has a passion for classical music, wine, and sport fishing. Recently, he boated a 320 lb. blue marlin in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and a near world record peacock bass weighing 26.3 lbs. in the Amazon Rain Forest, Brazil.
