Mr. Pumphrey is a Senior attorney with the firm and his practice includes real
estate finance, acquisition and disposition of developed and undeveloped properties,
development, leasing, conservation easements, and representing institutional leaders
in loans, loan restructuring and foreclosures. In addition, his practice entails
general corporate matters, various business transactions, software licensing
agreements, employer-employee relations and product development including confidentiality
agreements and contracts with product designers, vendors and sales representatives.

Since graduation from law school, he has been engaged in the private practice of law in
Dallas, Texas and as in-house counsel for a Dallas-based company. Mr. Pumphrey has
made presentations regarding Arboriculture and the Law and the Financial Benefits of
Conservation Easements.
