Mr. McDonald's practice includes extensive representation of real estate developers and institutional lenders in connection with all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, development, workouts, restructuring, financing and refinancing, foreclosures, note sales, and dispositions of assets and issues regarding loan participations and syndications. Mr. McDonald has significant experience in representing commercial real estate developers in locating, purchasing, financing, leasing, and operating shopping centers, office buildings, retail establishments, and multi-use facilities.
